Pass Information
Anteater Express is offering limited shuttle service during the summer with service open to all UCI students. ACC Resident leaseholders and approved sublessors may obtain a special digital ID card (Anteater Express Pass) free of charge to be used as a bus pass. The only route, H Line, will run on weekdays throughout the summer. Those without a valid bus pass will be required to pay a one-way fare. Fare Information
A free digital Anteater Express Pass is available to ACC leaseholders and approved sublessors. Eligible students can see below for instructions on how to access their Anteater Express Pass.
Non-ACC Resident leaseholders may ride by paying a one-way fare to the operator upon entering the bus. The fare is $2.00 per ride in paper bills only, no coins. Exact change only, no change will be provided.
Summer Limited Bus Service General Information
What routes are running during the summer?
Anteater Express will run one route, H Line, during the summer. This route provides service between the East Campus communities (Arroyo Vista, Camino del Sol, Plaza Verde, Puerta del Sol, Vista del Campo, and Vista del Campo Norte) and the campus core.
When will Anteater Express operate during the summer?
The Anteater Express H Line will operate on weekdays through the duration of Summer Sessions 1 and 2. See service dates at the top of this page.
Who can ride Anteater Express during the summer?
The Anteater Express H Line is open to all UCI students.
What pass or fare is required to board during the summer?
Patrons may show a valid pass or pay the one-way fare of $2.00 to the operator of the bus.
Can I purchase a bus pass if I am not an ACC Resident?
No. Only ACC leaseholders and approved sublessors are eligible to obtain a bus pass for summer service.
