ACC Summer Shuttle Service – Pass Information

Anteater Express is offering limited shuttle service during Summer 2023 with service open to ACC Resident leaseholders and approved sublessors only. Use of the Anteater Express Summer Shuttle Service requires a special digital ID card (Anteater Express Pass) to be used as a bus pass. The only route, H Line, will run on weekdays from June 26 through September 15, 2023 (excluding holidays) and passes will be required to board beginning June 28, 2023. Those without a valid bus pass will not be permitted to board. For instructions on how to access your Anteater Express Pass, see below.

Summer 2023 Limited Bus Service General Information

What routes are running during Summer 2023?
Anteater Express will run one route, H Line, during Summer 2023. This route provides service between the ACC Communities (Camino del Sol, Plaza Verde, Puerta del Sol, Vista del Campo, and Vista del Campo Norte) and the campus core.

When will Anteater Express operate during Summer 2023?
The Anteater Express H Line will operate on weekdays from June 26 through September 15, 2023 (excluding holidays). For timetable information and a route map, visit our H Line route page.

Who can ride Anteater Express during Summer 2023?
The Anteater Express H Line is only available to ACC Residents who are leaseholders and/or approved sublessors.

Is a pass required to board during Summer 2023?
Yes. Everyone boarding an Anteater Express bus during Summer 2023 must show a valid pass. Bus passes will be required beginning Wednesday, June 28, 2023. Only patrons with a valid pass will be permitted to board after this date.

Can I purchase a bus pass or ride if I am not an ACC Resident?
No. Only ACC leaseholders and approved sublessors are eligible to ride Anteater Express during Summer 2023.

Anteater Express Pass Information

UCI has gone mobile! This means student ID’s and passes, like the Anteater Express Pass, can be accessed via an app!

If you are riding Anteater Express this summer, you will need to show your mobile Anteater Express Pass. Follow these instructions to access your pass:
Download the Atrium Campus Connect app to your smartphone.

Once downloaded, type in your UCI email when prompted. Then log in with your UCInetID and password.

Apple Users: Select drop down arrow next to name. Select “Manage Credentials” to view Anteater Express Pass

Android Users: Tap “Credentials” to view your Anteater Express Pass

You will need to show this pass every time you ride the Anteater Express. Please make sure you check that you can access this before trying to board the bus. Your pass will look like this:
