The following information was sent as an e-mail to all students on September 13, 2021:

Dear UCI Students,

We hope you are enjoying your summer, and we are looking forward to seeing you in the fall. As we approach the end of summer and the beginning of Fall Quarter 2021, we want to provide you with some updates on the modified service we will be providing. 

As mentioned previously, due to COVID-19 restrictions and remote learning over the past year, our student staffing numbers have been drastically reduced, requiring schedule and route reductions. While we have not yet solidified our route schedules, we can share the routes we offer and the general frequency of buses. Please note that while we are modifying service to best utilize our resources, we still anticipate being unable to transport all students who wish to ride during peak times until we can increase our staffing through our continued training, and ask that you plan your day accordingly. The frequencies below reflect estimates of what service will look like, but depending on staffing levels, we may be able to increase the number of buses on particular routes. Routes Running Weekdays from 7:30am to 11:00am

During the morning hours from approximately 7:30am to 11:00am, we will be offering C Line, N Line, P Line, and V Line. Bus frequency during this time is currently planned to be every 12 minutes per route or better.

Routes Running Weekdays from 11:00am to 4:00pm

Beginning around 11:00am and running until approximately 4:00pm, we will stop running most morning routes and only be offering A Line and N Line. Bus frequency will be low during this time.

Routes Running Weekdays from 4:00pm to 11:00pm (service ends 7:00pm Fridays)

Beginning around 4:00pm daily, bus frequency on A Line and N Line will be increased to every 15 minutes per route until service ends for the day. We will also be offering M Line with low frequency.
